About Game

Temple Runner is an endless running arcade game. You play as a brave archaeologist sprinting along an ancient road filled with dangerous obstacles. Move left, right, jump or slide to stay alive, collect coins on your way and run as far as possible.

Collected coins can be spent on new characters and useful bonuses such as a coin magnet, a x2 score multiplier and a protective shield. The longer you stay in the run, the faster your character becomes, making each attempt more intense.

How to play

Your goal in Temple Runner is to survive as long as possible while avoiding obstacles and earning the highest score. When you hit any obstacle, the run ends and you lose.

On mobile devices, use swipe gestures to control the archaeologist: swipe left or right to change lanes, swipe up to jump over barriers and swipe down to slide under obstacles.

On a computer, use the arrow keys: left and right arrows to move sideways, the up arrow to jump and the down arrow to slide. The character gradually speeds up as you gain more points, so you must react faster over time.

Collect coins along the road. After the run you can spend coins on new characters or bonuses. Available bonuses are a coin magnet that pulls nearby coins, a x2 score multiplier and a shield that protects you from one hit.

After each run the game shows your current score and your best score, so you can track your progress and try to beat your personal record.
